Registration

Registration is now CLOSED!!!

 

PLEASE read the information presented below to avoid any confusion about the 2024 ride registration process.

                        

TERMS and CONDITIONS:                                                                                                                                                **ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS**   **NO  EXCHANGES OR TRANSFERS OF REGISTRATIONS**  **REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**


 

=>All registrants must be a National H.O.G. member.  Each National H.O.G. member registered for the ride may sponsor one guest. 

=>Need to bring your National H.O.G. card and picture ID to pick up your ride package.

=>Must pre-register in order to participate for there is NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

=>Pre-registration is limited to the first 150 people.                                                                   .

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: 

You can pay through PayPal, a secured payment site. Either through your account or by the credit/debit card option (you DO NOT need a PayPal account to use a card).  A confirmation will be sent to a valid email address once the transaction has been completed.

 

                                   **If you are paying by credit card, please follow these guidelines:**

->FYI: at anytime, DO NOT hit the 'back arrow' for it will kick you out. Only hit the buttons that are provided.

->Click on the 'Register Here' link at the bottom of this page

->Fill out entire 'Registration Form'. DO NOT hit the back arrow.

->Go back through and make sure you didn't miss important information.

->If you are not able to hit the 'Continue' button and/or there are fields highlighted in red, that means you left a required field blank and you will have to go back and fill it in.

->If you wish to print off the filled out form, now is the time to do that. Press Ctrl - P keys to print.

->Click on the 'Continue' button.

->Look over the registration form to make sure all information is correct before hitting the 'Confirm' button.

->If changes need to be made, hit the 'Modify' button and that will take you back to the registration form to change any incorrect information

->If registration form is good to go, click on the 'Confirm' button. Once you do this YOU CANNOT GO BACK TO MAKE CHANGES

->This is your confirmation that the registration form has been successfully submitted. Hit the 'Proceed to Payment' button

->You will now see 'Your Order Summary' which lists the things you ordered. From here is where you will choose your secured payment option: PayPal account, online bank account, debit or credit card.

->After your payment has been processed, you will receive 2 confirmations to your email address that you provided. It will appear in your email address box as...From: Service, Subject: Receipt for Your Payment to R.U.S.H. LLC and From: FormSmarts, Subject: Payment/Registration Confirmation

->Your registration and payment delivery has now been confirmed.

PAYMENT BY CHECK: 

 If you need to pay by check, you will need to print off the registration form and return the completed form along with a check or money order payable to:                   R.U.S.H. LLC

->At this time you will need to print off this completed form to mail in. Press Ctrl - P keys to print

->Your confirmation will be mailed to you once the registration form and check have been received

**NOTE: for piece of mind of having a spot, register on-line. Spots will be filled according to postmark dates**


NOTE: If you don't receive an automated confirmation when using PayPal or if you didn't receive an email confirming your registration after sending it in with a check, please contact: Roger Lochowitz at rogerl.rush@yahoo.com or call 1-262-370-4430. 

 

RIDE MATERIALS PICKUP: Registration packets will ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, 750 Hollywood Drive, Charles Town, WV 25414.

 

If you cannot attend, you may give your registration confirmation to someone who is attending and they will be able to pick up your ride materials for you during registration at Hollywood Casino Charles Town. Please send a message to rushllc@outlook.com if you are unable to attend. We will ship your package to you at your cost, but there will be no monetary refund.

 

PRICES INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE TAXES  -  Member: $375.00    Guest: $375.00      

Price includes:

                         4 days of scenic rides

                         Ride Shirt

                         Commemorative gift

                         Admission to ride events & route stops

                         Meals: 2 Dinners, 3 Lunches, 1 Breakfast

                                              (meals subject to change)    

 

A signature on the registration form, will also be required indicating that you have read and agree with the terms.  

REFUNDS:  There are absolutely no refunds, for any reason, after pre-registration closes.
